 | | I have taught at Deer Trail High School for 33 years. At this time I teach high school science and middle school P.E. and I am currently the Track coach. I coached football for 21 years and have coached girls and boys basketball, baseball and track. I have managed the swimming pool since it was built in 1977 and have conducted Red Cross swimming lessons every year since then. I have a beautiful wife of 34 years and we have six children, 4 boys and two girls. I have 4 grandchildren at this time. I enjoy sports of all kinds and I love to spend time with my family. In any spare time I have I enjoy reading, cooking and eating. | |

| | | My mission is to instill in each student a desire to learn and to provide them with an opportunity to learn in an environment where they are treated with respect. I will help them understand that how they act and how much effort they put forth is their choice but the consequences of thoses choices are not theirs to choose. I will instill in them the idea that knowledge is power: power to do and power to choose. It is the power to make good choices which will lead to success in school as well as in life. | |
